• Ofsted format but if you need them in the format of CSSIW or Care Commission I can do that for you, Just email me and let me know as soon as you have paid or leave a message in the message to seller box.
• Personalisation: All of the books are personalised except the EYFS journal and the Accident book, I will personalise for you for free but please let me know if you are ordering on behalf of someone else and you need a different name. Books can also be left blank if you wish please let me know.
• Your Logo: If you have a childminding business logo and would like it on your books please add the add logo to your cart you can choose from 1 - 5 books with logo for £1.50 or 5+ books for £2.50.

In am having an operation in jan 2012 so will not be making up books etc until i have recovered, i hope to have things back to normal some time in february 2012
