Payment

I accept the following methods of payment

• Paypal
• Credit / Debit cards
• Postal orders
• Cheques

Once full payment has been recieved and cleared your order will be processed, customers who make echeque payments should expect a delay of 7 - 10 days before order is processed this is because it takes that long for the payment to clear your status of your order will say Backordered  and will go to ordered once payment has cleared.

Customers making payment by cheque or postal order will not be able to access the instant digital downloads but I can put them on to a CD for you.

Delivery

It is my aim to post goods within 3 - 5 working days of recieving your order (please keep in mind that 80% of our prodcuts are handmade and personalised).

Once your order has been processsed it will be posted via royal mail 2nd class post. I do not charge for postage for any items on this website. Large orders will be sent recorded delivery

You can track the progress of your order by logging into your account there are 4 stages

Ordered (order waiting to be processed)

Processing ( The order is being made)

Ready to ship (Order is packed and ready to be posted)

History (Order has been posted)

Royal mail 2nd class post can take 2- 5 days to be delivered

you should recieve your goods in 5 - 10 days in total, if you need items urgently please let me know before ordering to avoid disappointment as we do get very busy periods.

Digital downloads are instant and you will be taken directly to the download link(s) upon completion of the checkout if there is any broken links please let me know so that I can fix them.

Lost Parcels

If after 15 days after your order was posted it has still not arrived please contact me to arrange a replacement parcel ( please note royal mail does not class a parcel as lost until 15 days after posting).
