We are commited to protecting your privacy and we comply with data protections laws in the UK
Storing your information
When you order we need to know your name, e-mail address and delivery address & business name if you have one. This allows us to process your order and notify you of your order status. We also ask you for your telephone number(s) so that we can contact you easily if required and if you have ordered goods that are to be personalised with your phone number such as car advertising signs.
We do not share, trade rent or sell any of your information with anyone and we do not store any credit / debit card details
Mailing List
We have a childminding treasures mailing list where we will notify you of new products and services and general childminding related newsletters, you can opt in or out of our mailing list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe button in the newsletter or by contacting me personally childmindingtreasures@googlemail.com
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for up to 24 hours after the innitial order has been made physical items only, after this time it may not be possible to cancel the order as your order may have started processing.
You cannot cancel digital items as you will have already recieved the download links for them immediately upon checkout.
Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can either contact me to arrange return and a replacement or
You can request a full refund up to 14 days after purchase as long as the items are still in the un-used condition that they were sent in this applies to physical good only. And in this instance you will be asked to return the item(s) to me and once recieved I will issue you with a full refund.
Unfortunatley I am unable to refund for digital downloads or resource CD's as these can be saved on your computer and copies made.
Discount Codes:
At childminding treasures we may from time to time do promotional discount codes for money off your order, the discounts only apply to handmade bound books, laminated and instant download posters and classroom displays and instant download games.
Discount codes do not work with toys, puzzles, puppets, art and craft materials and other physical items
